Modules and systems are assembled in our assembly room, which is air-conditioned at 22 °C. And for measurable precision, we rely on a state-of-the-art measurement room in line with quality class 3.
Production planning
with reliable schedules
In precision manufacturing, daily plan monitoring to check schedule adherence and capacity utilisation is just as crucial as reliable precision machining. As a result, we rely on FAUSER, a professional assignment and resource planning system, to ensure the highest level of planning certainty. Production planning is complemented by an interface to TimeRocket, which digitally represents our employees’ productivity, time management and holiday planning

Programming
CAM systems
We program highly precise and efficient manufacturing processes using the Mastercam CAM system. The CAM systems create a detailed simulation of the processing environment to ensure secure processes. MDM tool management is a supplementary system that sustainably ensures cross-process tool management and the creation of setup plans and tool lists, as well as the control of frozen processes.

Assembly under
constant conditions
We have a flexibly designed assembly room that is air-conditioned to 22 °C, allowing us to carry out complex assemblies of components and systems. At the customer’s request, we can ensure that assemblies undergo a functional inspection and are documented. As a system supplier, we bear the overall responsibility and take the burden off our customers by reducing interfaces. Storage logistics for just-in-time delivery complement what we offer.

according to EN 9100/ISO 9001
We demonstrate our passion for precision in various ways, including with our certifications under EN 9100/quality management for organisations in the aviation, aerospace and defence industries, as well as according to ISO 9001/quality management systems. With our expertise gleaned from more than 50 years of experience and professional diligence, we guarantee compliance with the strictest quality specifications at all times. The measurement room, in which high measurement accuracy according to quality class 3 as per VDI/VDE 2627 is ensured, is at the heart of our precision work.
